This semi-automatic uncapping machine is designed for beekeepers who require reliable, efficient, and high-performance equipment. It delivers significantly higher efficiency than manual uncapping with a traditional fork, even when operated by an experienced beekeeper, making it ideal for increasing throughput in honey processing operations.
Thanks to fully smooth and precise adjustment, the machine is compatible with all common frame types used worldwide and can also be customised to suit non-standard frame dimensions. The heated knives uncap cleanly and consistently while causing less damage to the comb compared to manual uncapping. As a result, returned combs are more readily accepted by productive colonies and are refilled with honey more quickly.
The machine is supplied with a 1-metre tank including a frame holder, along with either one stainless steel collection box or one plastic box for collecting wax.

The DRS (Double Roller Slit) uncapper makes uncapping frames easy, simple and quick. Without using heat or any electric source, the roller uncapper uncaps approx. 20-40 frames in 5-10 minutes.
The rollers expand when the frame is pushed through to uncap honey. The frame can be pushed up and down, and also on a 45 degree angle to ensure all the cells are uncapped.
The slicing action also reduces wax waste. This minimises the straining process, as there is minimal wax amongst your honey. Ultimately, the bees are then able rebuild the comb quicker.

For hobbyists, a simple solution when uncapping frames. The top 2 tanks have a mesh base to strain the cappings, while the bottom tank stores the honey.
