Mini Honey Extracting Line Start
The Mini Honey Extracting Line Start is the base of the Mini Line, which does not contain honey sump and pump. This is a cost-effective solution for those who wish to further develop the production line in the future
If you already have a honey extractor or uncapper, you can integrate them into the mini line, reducing investment costs. The system works with radial or cassette extractors that match the processing capacity of the uncapping machine.
In its basic setup, the mini line with a semi-automatic uncapper and a larger honey extractor can process 10-12 bodies per hour. Adding a second extractor and operator can increase capacity by up to 50%, achieving high efficiency even with warm honey and a preheated workshop.
Semi-Automatic Uncapping Machine with Heated Knives
This semi-automatic uncapping machine is designed for beekeepers who require reliable, efficient, and high-performance equipment. It delivers significantly higher efficiency than manual uncapping with a traditional fork, even when operated by an experienced beekeeper, making it ideal for increasing throughput in honey processing operations.
Thanks to fully smooth and precise adjustment, the machine is compatible with all common frame types used worldwide and can also be customised to suit non-standard frame dimensions. The heated knives uncap cleanly and consistently while causing less damage to the comb compared to manual uncapping. As a result, returned combs are more readily accepted by productive colonies and are refilled with honey more quickly.
The machine is supplied with a 1-metre tank including a frame holder, along with either one stainless steel collection box or one plastic box for collecting wax.
Drive: 12 V or 230 V motor driven
Power: 1100 W
Weight: 60 kg
Guarantee: 2 years
A robust, efficient solution designed to improve productivity and protect comb structure in professional and semi-commercial beekeeping operations.
Uncapping Table with Tank – 125 cm, 2 Work Stands
Enhance your honey extraction process with this durable stainless steel uncapping table, designed for efficient and practical frame handling. Measuring 125 cm in length, it features two work stands, allowing frames to be uncapped on both sides at the same time, improving workflow and reducing handling time. An additional frame rack provides convenient storage for uncapped or empty frames during operation.
A built-in sieve at the bottom collects wax as honey drains into the tank, while the sloped base and stainless steel honey gate with drain valve and flap ensure smooth, controlled honey flow. All components are designed to be easily disassembled, making transport, cleaning, and storage straightforward. An optional stainless steel cover is available to maintain hygiene and simplify cleaning.
Manufactured from 1.4301 stainless steel with 1.5 mm thickness, this uncapping table offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Kind of material and thickness: 1.4301 stainless steel, 1.5 mm

A robust, user-friendly solution ideal for beekeepers seeking efficiency, cleanliness, and reliability in their uncapping setup.
The automatic uncapping machine can uncap up to 400 frames per hour, meeting the needs of large apiaries and saving time for smaller operations. It offers adjustable uncapping speed, dispenser width, and knife angle. The knives are heated with a 5-liter water tank and a 0.8 kW heater, ensuring smooth, fray-free cuts. This allows honeycombs to be quickly refilled by bees after extraction.
The automatic uncapper integrates seamlessly into an automatic line, handling uncapping, honey extraction, and cleaning. It works well with large honey extractors and conventional uncapping tables, acting as a drainer to save time and effort.
Despite its versatility, the uncapper is easy to operate with an intuitive control system. It uses only 0.18 kW of power and fits into most beekeeping setups. Users simply need to load slices, manage uncapped slices, centrifuge them, and enjoy the honey flow.

The DRS (Double Roller Slit) uncapper makes uncapping frames easy, simple and quick. Without using heat or any electric source, the roller uncapper uncaps approx. 20-40 frames in 5-10 minutes.
The rollers expand when the frame is pushed through to uncap honey. The frame can be pushed up and down, and also on a 45 degree angle to ensure all the cells are uncapped.
The slicing action also reduces wax waste. This minimises the straining process, as there is minimal wax amongst your honey. Ultimately, the bees are then able rebuild the comb quicker.
*Can be attached to an uncapping unit - sold seperately.
For hobbyists, a simple solution when uncapping frames. The top 2 tanks have a mesh base to strain the cappings, while the bottom tank stores the honey.
