Overview

The MINI-Line Honey Extracting Line is a compact, all-in-one honey processing system designed for small to medium-sized commercial beekeepers. It combines efficient uncapping, wax processing, and honey collection into a streamlined workflow, helping you save time while producing cleaner, higher-quality honey.

The system includes:

• Semi-Automatic Uncapping Machine – Suitable for a wide range of frame sizes and fitted with heated knives for fast, clean, and consistent uncapping.
• 50kg Wax Press – Processes up to 50kg of cappings per hour, efficiently separating honey from wax to maximise honey recovery.
• 1 Metre Drip Tray – Holds uncapped frames before extraction, keeping your workspace clean and organised.
• Heated Honey Sump – Collects and gently warms honey as it flows through the line.
• Honey Pump – Transfers honey efficiently throughout the extracting process.
• 25 Frame Stand – Convenient storage for frames during extraction.

Already have a honey extractor or uncapper?

The MINI-Line can be integrated with many existing machines, helping reduce your initial investment. It is compatible with both radial and cassette honey extractors, provided they match the uncapping machine's processing capacity.

Performance

With a semi-automatic uncapper and a suitably sized extractor, the MINI-Line can comfortably process 10–12 hive bodies per hour.

For increased productivity, adding a second extractor and operator can boost processing capacity by up to 50%, making it an excellent solution for expanding commercial operations.
