Pollen Dryer & Honey Heater – 5 Drawer Cabinet (Digital Display)

A professional insulated drying and warming cabinet featuring a digital display and adjustable airflow, designed for beekeepers, fruit growers, and small food producers.

The unit operates on 230V with 372W power and delivers controlled low-temperature processing for pollen, honey, fruit, and herbs.

The cabinet includes an LED internal lamp and a double-glazed thermally insulated glass door, allowing the drying process to be monitored without opening the door and losing heat.

Capacity

Up to 7.5 kg of pollen per batch.
One 45 kg honey bucket.
50 honey jars (1 kg each).

Cabinet size is 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm.

Construction

Interior chamber made from aluminium sheet.
Air inlets manufactured from stainless steel.
Walls insulated with polyester and externally finished with Glasboard.

Glasboard is waterproof, highly durable, easy to clean, resistant to mould, and will not rust or corrode. This material is widely used in environments with high hygiene and cleaning requirements.

Airflow strength is fully adjustable.

Pollen Drying

Set temperature to 40°C.
Open both ventilation valves to create a 1 cm gap.
Drying time is approximately 12–24 hours.

Honey Liquefying

Set temperature to 50°C.
Close ventilation valves completely.
Liquefying time is approximately 12–24 hours.
