Pollen Dryer & Honey Heater – 5 Drawer Professional Cabinet

A professional-grade insulated drying and warming cabinet designed for beekeepers — and versatile enough for fruit growers, food producers, and specialty food retailers.

Built for controlled low-temperature processing, this unit maintains precise, even heat with adjustable airflow, making it suitable for drying bee pollen, liquefying or thawing crystallised honey, drying fruit slices, dehydrating herbs, and low-temperature food processing.

Pollen Drying

Set temperature to 40°C.
Open both ventilation valves until the gap becomes 1 cm wide.
Drying time is approximately 12–24 hours.
Capacity is up to 7.5 kg of pollen per batch.

Even airflow prevents overheating and helps preserve nutritional value.

Honey Liquefying / Thawing

Set temperature to 50°C.
Close ventilation valves completely.
Liquefying time is approximately 12–24 hours.

Capacity includes one 45 kg bucket of honey, 50 jars (1 kg), or 75 jars (500 g).

Maintains safe, controlled heat to gently return crystallised honey to liquid form without damaging enzymes.

Suitable for Fruit & Food Drying

This cabinet is not limited to beekeeping applications.

Operating within the ideal dehydration range of 40–50°C, with adjustable airflow and ±0.1°C temperature accuracy, it is suitable for fruit growers, farm gate sellers, herb producers, and small food businesses.

Common uses include drying apple slices, banana chips, mango, pineapple, citrus peel, stone fruit, berries (with mesh trays), mint, chamomile, basil, lemon myrtle, and other herbs.

It is ideal for value-adding surplus fruit, producing dried snack packs, and extending shelf life of seasonal produce.
