This is the metal base and lever used to secure the hive for transport, or just to protect it from coming apart if a branch or animal hits it, or in strong winds . Used with the thin metal strap, it lets you secure a triple hive. The simplest and safest device to secure your hives. Discounted price for bulk buys.
